Shipping Policy

Delivery

Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location.

Processing time

Processing times vary by service — film processing, printing, and framing each have different turnaround times. We’ll keep you updated on your order status.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available from our Stepney studio during business hours for customers in the Adelaide area.

Delivery issues

While we package all orders carefully, we’re not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem with the quality of your print, processing, or framing, please contact us — we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that’s a reprint, repair, or refund.

Print quality issues

If a print, scan, or finished product doesn’t meet our usual standard, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a reprint or refund.

Change of mind

Because most of our products are custom made to your specifications (prints, framing, canvas), we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun. If you need to make changes to an order, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help before production starts.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
